- When Hurricane Katrina hit I donated one of my Rental Properties to a family free of charge for 1 year. This created a movement that was very humbling by my sphere of Influence. Food, Clothing, Blankets, furniture, Dishes, pots, pans TV's you name it, they donated. It made me realize that one person can make a change.
