HONOLULU, Sept. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Eleven fast-growing technology companies from Hawaii and the U.S. will get first-hand knowledge of the ins and outs of doing business in China from local legal, accounting and business development experts when Hawaii Business and Entrepreneur Acceleration Mentors (HiBEAM) takes Hawaii Tech Asia to Hong Kong and Beijing, September 18-26. The companies will also meet with angel, venture and private equity investors as well as potential distributors, suppliers, partners and customers.

With the help of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks and the HK Biotechnology Organization, CEOs will meet the scientific community. In Beijing, participants will visit the Tsinghua University Science Park (TusPark) and the Life Sciences Park at Zhongguancun in Haidian District, Beijing.
